About Me

I'm here simply to be inspired and hopefully one day, inspire others. I'm here to mark my journey of becoming the strong woman I was made to be. Not skinny, but strong. Inside and out.

I've overcome my years of struggling with eating disorders/habits, and now want to use this wonderful body I've been given for good use. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel. You can do this.

Ask me anything... share with me your struggles and i'll share with you mine. Together, we will be warriors. Undefeated. A powerhouse.

Starting Weight (Oct 22, 2010): 160 lbs
Starting Weight Post Partum (Dec 1, 2011): 163 lbs

Height: 5'5

Weight pre-pregnancy: 147 lbs
Weight Post Partum: 160 lbs
Current weight: 148 lbs
Goal weight: to see the 130's.

Completed C25k. Completed my first 5k race on December 11th, 2010.

I'm currently trying to get my body back into running shape but focusing still on it's healing needs after baby. Still planning to run more races. I had my daughter on September 6, 2011 and am ready after 3 months solely dedicated to breastfeeding and obtaining the calories needed to shed the baby weight and get back into shape. I stress frequently about the new curves pregnancy and delivery brought to me- I recruited more of an hour glass figure and want to embrace that with all that I can, all the while encouraging and strenghtening a healthy mindset for (real) women all across the globe. Embrace who you are and work with whatcha got ;)
